QASSIM HADDAD

Qassim Haddad, born in Muharraq, is one of the most important poetic voices in the Arabian Gulf. He began his literary career in the 1960s and contributed to the founding of the “Writers and Authors Association” in Bahrain in 1969. His poetry is known for its innovation in style and expression, addressing themes of freedom, love, and humanity with artistic abstraction, blending Arabic poetic heritage with modern poetic trends. He has published numerous poetry collections that have established him as one of the most influential poets in the Arab world.
